Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, stress, or anything else on your mind, I meet you exactly where you are—without judgment. I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused methods tailored to what works best for you. My goal is to support you as you flourish into who you want to become. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions.
